美联楼价指数今日报138.15点，蛇年楼价最终涨7.33%，创自2017鸡年后近八个农历年最大涨幅。 若按3区划分，蛇年3区楼价全线向上，当中九龙区表现最好，于蛇年涨约9.36%，港岛区及新界区分别涨约7.14%及约5.71%。 信心指数方面，蛇年涨约26.4%，最新报80.4点。
