吴说获悉，YZi Labs 宣布已于 2 月 13 日向 SEC 提交了修订后的 BNC（CEA Industries Inc）股东初步同意声明，目前正在审核中。股东目前无法投票或提交同意书。本次征求同意旨在扩大董事会规模并选举提名董事。截至声明日，YZi Labs Management 直接持有 215 万股普通股，并持有部分认股权证。
