智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，2月13日，老恒和酿造(02226)股东将股票由华富建业证券转入招银国际证券，转仓市值8641.44万港元，占比39.82%。
此前老恒和酿造发布公告，于本公布日期，公司的公众持股量约为23.27%，低于香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则(上市规则)第8.08(1)(a)条所规定必须由公众人士持有公司已发行股份(股份)总数至少25%(最低规定百分比)。
