财联社2月15日电，世界卫生组织14日发布公报说，近几个月内接到了有关猴痘病毒重组毒株的报告，有两名患者感染了由分支Ib毒株和分支IIb毒株重组产生的新毒株。不过，对于无特定风险因素的普通人群，感染猴痘的风险仍为“低”。
