2月14日，据厦门金融监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，厦门百盛安保险代理有限公司因业务台账不真实不完整、利用业务便利为其他机构或个人牟取不正当利益被警告并罚款18.5万元。同时，祁利因业务台账不真实不完整、利用业务便利为其他机构或个人牟取不正当利益，被警告并罚款6.5万元。
