2月13日，长江通信（600345）发布公告，公司拟通过证券交易所集中竞价方式出售其持有的长飞光纤（601869）不超过100万股股票，占长飞光纤总股本的比例为0.12%。此次交易预计交易金额为2.27亿元，账面成本为1568万元。
截至公告披露日，公司持有长飞光纤1.19亿股股份，占其总股本的14.35%。
2025年前三季度，长江通信实现收入4.13亿元，归母净利润1664万元。
