2月13日，中成股份（000151）发布公告，公司获中国证券监督管理委员会批复，同意公司向中国技术进出口集团有限公司发行1354万股购买中技江苏清洁能源有限公司100%股份的注册申请，并同意公司发行股份募集配套资金不超过1.5亿元的注册申请。
2025年前三季度，中成股份实现收入8.26亿元，归母净利润-2838万元。
