其中
新建商品住宅销售价格
南昌环比下降0.5%，同比下降4.8%
九江环比下降0.3%，同比下降3.6%
赣州环比下降0.5%，同比下降4.0%
二手住宅销售价格
南昌环比下降1.0%，同比下降6.9%
九江环比下降1.0%，同比下降6.8%
赣州环比下降0.6%，同比下降5.8%
