2月13日，广联航空（300900）发布公告，因“大型复合材料结构件轻量化智能制造项目”部分关键设备安装调试周期较长，以及项目现场配套设备专用地基及基础配套设施建设进度滞后，导致设备安装调试无法按计划推进。公司决定将该项目的预计可使用状态日期从2025年12月31日调整至2026年6月30日。
公告指出，截至2025年12月31日，募集资金投资项目基本情况如下：
2025年前三季度，广联航空实现收入7.77亿元，归母净利润1739万元。
