好莱客（603898）发布公告，董事会秘书甘国强因个人原因申请辞职，离任时间为2026年2月13日，原定任期到期日为2026年8月17日。
辞职后，甘国强将不在公司担任其他任何职务，且其辞职不会影响公司相关工作的正常开展。为确保董事会工作的正常进行，董事长沈汉标将代行董事会秘书职责，直到公司聘任新的董事会秘书。
2025年前三季度，好莱客实现收入12.65亿元，归母净利润3136万元。
