九鼎新材公告，公司决定投资2.01亿元建设“特种玻璃纤维涡卷毡技术改造项目”。项目由全资孙公司江苏九鼎工业材料有限公司负责建设，土建部分由公司负责。项目总占地面积约66.66亩，购置池窑、拉丝系统、抛丝系统等生产及配套辅助设备进行技术改造。项目建成后，特种玻璃纤维涡卷毡的生产能力将由1.2万吨提升到1.7万吨。资金来源为自有资金和银行贷款，建设期为2年。
