中国联通（600050）发布公告，王利民因工作调动向公司董事会提交辞呈，辞去公司高级副总裁职务，辞任自2026年2月12日起生效。
王利民的原定任期到期日为2027年7月4日，辞任原因为工作调动，且王利民不再在公司及其控股子公司任职。
2025年前三季度，中国联通实现收入2929.85亿元，归母净利润87.72亿元。
