丰山集团2月12日公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司董事会秘书赵青提交的辞职报告，赵青因个人原因申请辞去董事会秘书职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务，辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。在公司聘任新的董事会秘书之前，暂由公司财务总监吴汉存代为履行董事会秘书职责。公司将尽快完成新任董事会秘书的选聘工作。
