私信12306可候补成功？12306官方客服表示，并没有“留言就能提高候补成功率”的说法。是否能候补成功都是按照用户提交顺序来排的，至于有用户留言后候补成功是巧合情况。官方没有特殊的抢票渠道，也不建议使用第三方平台所谓“抢票加速包”。
