华昱高速(01823)公布，于2026年2月11日，该公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多5850万股配售股份，每股配售股份0.88 港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报收市价每股1.09 港元折让约19.27%。配售最多净筹约5055.638万港元，约80%将用于支付集团员工薪酬、租金、专业费用及其他行政开支;及约20%将用作集团的销售、推广及营销开支。
