2月11日，力合科创（002243）发布公告，董事长贺臻因达到国家法定退休年龄，申请辞去公司第六届董事会董事长及董事会专门委员会相关职务。
辞职后，贺臻不再担任公司职务，截至公告披露日，贺臻持有公司792万股，且不存在应当履行而未履行的承诺事项。
2025年前三季度，力合科创实现收入16.65亿元，归母净利润1.18亿元。
