广州发展公告称，2025年10月10日公司股东大会同意自取得注册通知书24个月内滚动发行不超60亿元超短期融资券，12月4日收到注册通知书。2026年2月3日，公司发行2026年度第一期超短期融资券，简称“26广州发展SCP001”，代码012680372，期限270日，起息日为2月4日，兑付日为11月1日。计划与实际发行总额均为1.80亿元，发行利率1.58%，簿记管理人、主承销商为兴业银行，联席主承销商为上海浦东发展银行。
