2月11日，新宏泰（603016）发布公告，持股5%以上股东赵敏海本次解除冻结的股份数量为1561万股，占其所持股份的59.46%，占公司总股本的比例为10.53%，解除冻结的时间为2026年2月10日，剩余冻结股份数量为1000万股。
截止到公告披露日，赵敏海持有公司2625万股股份，占公司总股本的17.72%。
2025年前三季度，新宏泰实现收入4.65亿元，归母净利润4781万元。
