浙江省人民政府网站消息，省政府研究决定：申中华任浙江省人民政府台湾事务办公室副主任。
申中华出生于1974年，曾任浙江省委宣传部舆情信息中心主任、公民道德建设处处长、文化发展改革处处长。
2022年1月，申中华任湖州市委常委、宣传部部长，至本次履新。
