北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）2月10日晚间，华森制药（002907）发布公告称，公司于近日收到刘小英发来的《关于计划减持公司股份的告知函》。
具体来看，持有公司3589.47万股股份的刘小英计划自公告披露之日起至15个交易日届满次日起的3个月内通过集中竞价方式减持公司股份不超过417.6万股，不超过公司总股本的1%；通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超835.19万股，不超过公司总股本的2%；合计减持不超过1252.79万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。
