格隆汇2月10日丨浙江沪杭甬(00576.HK)发布公告，公司执行董事兼副总经理李伟已：(i)获批准担任公司代理总经理，自2026年2月10日起代为履行总经理职责，直至新总经理的委任生效为止；及获委任为公司的授权代表，自2026年2月10日起生效。
在李伟获委任为授权代表后，公司已符合上市规则第3.05条所载须设有两名授权代表的规定。
