2月10日，赛分科技（688758）发布公告，公司收到财务总监卞庆莲的辞任报告，因职务调整，她申请辞去财务总监职务，但将继续担任财务高级经理。
公司于2026年2月9日召开董事会，聘任朱照锦为新的财务总监，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第二届董事会任期届满。董事会同时还聘任孙克为副总经理，任期同样至第二届董事会届满。
2025年前三季度，赛分科技实现收入3.02亿元，归母净利润9321万元。
