财联社2月10日电，委内瑞拉阿穆艾炼油厂当地时间9日下午发生全面停电，多套炼油装置暂时停产。阿穆艾炼油厂是委内瑞拉最大炼油厂。据悉，此次停电由厂区内部电厂出现故障引发。目前委内瑞拉政府及委国家石油公司未就相关情况作出通报。
