中国海油锦州23—2油田位于我国渤海辽东湾北部，是我国海上首个多层稠油热采油田。
连日来，渤海辽东湾寒风凛冽、海冰堆叠，锦州23—2油田附近海域最低温度可达零下25摄氏度。春节前夕，油田工作人员坚守生产一线，保障油田高效平稳开发。
