上证报中国证券网讯（记者 潘建樑）惠泰医疗晚间公告，公司拟使用自有资金以不超过315元/股的价格回购公司股份，回购资金总额不低于1.5亿元（含），不超过2亿元。
公司表示：在未来适宜时机将回购股份全部用于员工持股计划或股权激励。
