证券日报网讯 2月9日，格力博发布公告称，公司近日收到公司董事会秘书徐友涛先生的书面辞职报告，因个人工作重心调整，徐友涛先生申请辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞职报告自送达董事会时生效，徐友涛先生后续仍在公司担任财务总监职务。
