*ST节能2月9日公告， 近日，公司获悉长江证券（上海）资产管理有限公司正在办理质押股份司法过户的相关工作。若长江证券完成过户手续，神雾科技集团股份有限公司不再为公司第一大股东，公司控制权可能发生变动。经公司向深圳证券交易所申请，公司股票（股票简称：*ST节能，股票代码：000820）自2026年2月10日（星期二）开市起停牌，预计停牌时间不超过2个交易日。
