2月9日，ST萃华（002731）发布公告，近日收到中国证券监督管理委员会下发的《立案告知书》，因公司涉嫌信息披露违法违规，被决定立案调查。
公告中提到公司将积极配合中国证监会的相关调查工作，并遵循相关法律法规的要求履行信息披露义务。目前公司部分经营活动和业务尚能开展。
2025年前三季度，ST萃华实现收入33.82亿元，归母净利润1.74亿元。
