今日，重庆市住房城乡建委联合相关部门印发了《关于发挥政策集成效应稳定房地产市场的通知》。其中提出，实施首次购房补贴和人才购房补贴。对在中心城区首次购买住房的居民，由房屋所在地区政府（管委会）给予新购住房成交总金额0.5%的购房补贴。对符合条件的人才在中心城区购买新建商品住房提供人才购房房票补贴。（重庆住建）
