2月9日，三房巷（600370）发布公告，控股股东三房巷集团解除质押5亿股，占其所持股份的16.85%及公司总股本的12.83%。
同时三房巷集团再质押11.18亿股，占其所持股份的37.68%及公司总股本的28.7%；一致行动人三房巷国贸质押2亿股，占其所持股份的100%及公司总股本的5.14%。
截至公告披露日，三房巷集团及一致行动人三房巷国贸累计质押31.67亿股，占其所持股份的100%及公司总股本的81.29%。
2025年前三季度，三房巷实现收入160.07亿元，归母净利润-4.67亿元。
