山东玻纤2月9日公告，公司近日收到董事长张善俊向董事会提交的报告，张善俊因达到离岗年龄不再担任公司第四届董事会董事、董事长、法定代表人等职务，离任后不再担任公司其他职务，其离任报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
