2月9日，章丘区图书馆发布临时闭馆公告，具体内容如下：
章丘区图书馆将于2月12日（周四）上午承办济南市第六届“书香妙笔”征文比赛决赛（高中组）现场赛。为确保比赛有序进行，区图书馆上午将实施闭馆，下午1:30恢复正常开放。
