2月9日，由众擎机器人发起的首届全球人形机器人自由格斗联赛举行发布会，作为全球首个专注人形机器人领域的商业化自由格斗赛事，其最高冠军奖励价值高达1000万元。
公司创始人兼CEO赵同阳透露，首届赛事举办地是深圳，第二届可能在香港，接下来也会在美国纽约、英国伦敦等城市举办，希望让赛事成为技术创新的“试金石”与人才发掘的“孵化器”。
