吃饺子时往往蘸料丰富,如混合醋、蒜泥、酱油、辣椒油等等,但这些是盐和脂肪的重灾区。一勺酱油(6g)里就有一克盐,所以不推荐额外蘸酱油或者辣椒油,最好只是蘸一些醋,醋可以延缓胃排空,从而降低主食中碳水化合物的吸收速度,也可以辅助降低血糖。
