北京楼市新房与二手房分别网签165套和208套。
根据北京市住建委官网数据，2月7日北京新房网签165套，网签面积13375.32平方米，其中住宅网签49套，面积为6708.02平方米。
同日，二手房网签208套，网签面积17051.39平方米，其中住宅网签196套，面积为16549.08平方米。相较于新房，二手房成交量略高。
