格隆汇2月8日｜媒体援引知情人士透露，马斯克旗下xAI公司的联合创始人伊戈尔·巴布什金(Igor Babuschkin)已同意购入一套俯瞰伦敦海德公园的顶层公寓，成交价约为5700万英镑。这标志着英国一年多以来最昂贵的住宅交易。这是自2024 年底摄政公园(Regent’s Park)一套豪宅以约1.39亿英镑成交以来，伦敦首笔超过5000万英镑的住宅订单。
