常州发布消息：江苏省委批准：刘敏同志任常州市钟楼区委书记。
刘敏出生于1976年，早年在常州市科学技术局工作，后调任常州市政府研究室副主任。
2012年任潥阳市副市长，2014年兼江苏中关村科技产业园管委会副主任。2015年任常州市钟楼区委常委、纪委书记。
2021年任常州市地方金融监督管理局局长，2024年调任常州市经开区党工委副书记、管委会主任至今。
