光大环境（00257）发布公告，本公司已于2026年2月4日在中国完成发行2026年度第一期中期票据（2026年度第一期中期票据），本金额人民币20亿元，票面利率为年利率2.15%，期限为3+N（3）年（本公司依据发行条款的约定赎回时到期）。
2026年度第一期中期票据实际募集资金扣除承销费后，拟全部用于偿还本公司中国境内中期票据。
