2月6日，天晟新材（300169）发布公告，公司被征收房屋的权属证明和土地证已完成注销，所有征收工作已完成。
根据公告，公司于2025年1月27日和2025年2月18日召开董事会和临时股东大会，审议通过了与常州市天宁区住房和城乡建设局签订的《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿协议书》，征收总建筑面积为6.62万平方米，土地使用面积为12万平方米，补偿款总金额为3.5亿元。
2025年前三季度，天晟新材实现收入3.34亿元，归母净利润-8312万元。
