2月6日，和顺电气（300141）发布公告，公司与中国石油集团渤海钻探工程有限公司签订了《移动储能供电服务合同》。该合同的预计金额为6000万元（不含税），服务期限自合同签订之日起至2028年12月31日止。
合同的履行预计将对公司2026年度及未来年度的经营业绩产生积极影响，具体收入确认情况将根据合同履行情况和相关会计政策进行确认。
2025年前三季度，和顺电气实现收入2.86亿元，归母净利润-1900万元。
