上证报中国证券网讯(记者孙忠)2月6日，可转债市场处于小幅盘整状态，永吉转债开盘后一度上涨12%。
发行人永吉股份表示，公司于2026年2月5日召开第六届董事会第十八次会议，审议通过了《关于不提前赎回“永吉转债”的议案》，决定本次不行使“永吉转债”的提前赎回权利，不提前赎回“永吉转债”。未来3个月内(即2026年2月6日至2026年5月5日)，若“永吉转债”触发赎回条款，公司均不行使提前赎回权利。
