2月6日，日月明（300906）发布公告，公司董事会秘书、副总经理尹玮因个人原因辞职，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
为保证公司董事会日常运作，公司于2026年2月6日召开会议，聘任张小兵为公司董事会秘书、副总经理，鄢泽澎、李巧燕为证券事务代表，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，日月明实现收入8974万元，归母净利润3645万元。
