2月6日，至信股份（603352.SH）公告称，公司拟对全资子公司金华至信进行增资，并由金华至信作为项目实施主体，投资建设“汽车冲焊零部件项目”，总投资金额不超过11亿元。项目将购置各类先进设备，新增生产线和工作站，形成汽车零部件和汽车座椅骨架的生产能力。项目建设期36个月，预计开工时间为2026年7月1日。
