每经讯，金东方汉2月6日发布公告称，根据经营发展的需要及增强公司的独立性，公司拟购买资产，购置金额不超过5000万元人民币，自董事会审议通过之日起十二个月内有效。公司于2026年2月5日召开第四届董事会第九次会议，审议通过《关于拟购买房产的议案》。
