周四，Eikon Therapeutics(EIKN.US)登陆纳斯达克，开盘跌超5%，报17.05美元，IPO价格为18美元。Eikon Therapeutics由诺贝尔化学奖得主Eric Betzig、Xavier Darzacq、Luke Lavis和Robert Tjian于2019年创立，公司目前正布局多款癌症实验性疗法研发管线。公司研发进度最快的候选药物EIK1001，正与默沙东(MRK.US)的Keytruda联合开展一款皮肤癌的中后期临床试验，该研究的中期分析数据预计将于2026年下半年公布。
