格隆汇2月5日丨山西安装(02520.HK)公告，有关公司获中国证券监督管理委员会批准，公司可向专业投资者公开分期发行总额不超过人民币13.5亿元公司债券相关事宜。公司拟发行本金总额不超过人民币5亿元的两年期公司债券，即2026年面向专业投资者公开发行公司债券(第一期)(「本期债券」)。本期债券无增信措施。本期债券的票面利率询价区间为2.00%-2.70%，将透过簿记建档方式厘定。预计于2026年2月9日完成发行。
