人民财讯2月5日电，回盛生物(300871)2月5日公告，公司董事会同意全资子公司新疆回盛生物科技有限公司投资建设新疆合成生物学智造项目，项目投资金额为10亿元，分三期建设。其中，一期主要建设兽用原料药生产车间以及配套的公用工程系统和菌渣干燥车间，计划建设周期为15个月。
