2月5日，协鑫集成（002506）发布公告，控股股东协鑫集团有限公司的一致行动人营口其印投资管理有限公司将其持有的1.9亿股股份解除质押，占其所持股份的44.27%及公司总股本的3.25%；同时再质押1.9亿股，质押用途为融资担保。
截至公告披露日，协鑫集团及其一致行动人累计质押股份超过13.63亿股，占其持股比例的96.32%。
2025年前三季度，协鑫集成实现收入116.93亿元，归母净利润-5.55亿元。
