格隆汇2月5日丨利君股份(002651.SZ)公布，为了拓展公司主营粉磨系统及其配套设备制造业务国际市场，公司拟以自有资金通过新加坡全资子公司利君控股（新加坡）私人有限公司（简称“利君控股”）在香港投资设立2家全资二级子公司（简称“香港子公司”），拟通过上述新设立的香港子公司在秘鲁投资设立1家全资三级子公司（简称“秘鲁子公司”），投资总额不超过300万美元。
