2月3日，红杉中国宣布于2月2日完成对氟喹诺酮类抗生素核心产品莫西沙星（商品名：拜复乐®/Avelox®）相关业务与资产的全球收购，并成立专注抗感染、呼吸与急重症领域的创新型生物医药企业——杭州杉泽生物医药有限公司（以下简称“杉泽生物”）及其母公司Ascenda Pte. Ltd.，负责该项业务的运营。
